About You and this Role

Our HR team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who deeply cares about delivering a warm and thorough candidate experience. You get to be on the frontlines of Talent Acquisition when it comes to sourcing, scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding. You are a host at heart, a servant leader, and a high achiever.


Key Objectives


Talent Acquisiiton (80%)

  • Partner & consult with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify, anticipate recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies that generate a consistent candidate pipeline;
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in Latin America from sourcing, screening, coordination, interviewing/assessment, offer stages, and onboarding;
  • Act as the main point of contact for interview coordination and status updates for candidates and hiring managers;
  • Interview candidates based on competencies and make recommendations to Hiring Managers based on team and role priorities;
  • Ensure a positive high-touch white-glove experience for candidates;
  • Help identify tools and processes to enable strong recruiting operations;
  • Boost new positions announcements internally and encourage participation on the Employee Referral Program;
  • Partner with Marketing team to execute onsite & virtual events with a focus on early engagement and strategic branding;
  • Develop relationships with organizations, universities, career centers and other partners to announce positions and develop a strong candidate pipeline;
  • Create and execute training initiatives for Hiring Managers on the best interviewing and hiring practices to ensure an equitable, process-driven candidate experience;
  • Identify and implement improvements in the talent acquisition and Onboarding processes.


HR Operations (20%)

  • Support People Services team and People Business Partners conducting salary surveys;
  • Ensure all necessary candidate documentation is obtained and candidates are kept informed throughout the onboarding process;
  • Partner with People Services & IT teams to coordinate a great onboarding experience for new hires;
  • Help enhance Confluence as the single source of truth for HR processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar degrees
  • Strong experience with the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English
  • Availability to work 100% on-site in Recife
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong team player & critical thinker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiter Experience
  • Experience Recruiting for other countries in Latin America
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish
  • Experience managing Talent Acquisition KPIs or other Human Resources indicators
