Dá uma olhada nos desafios que te esperam como Product Manager Sr - Open Finance aqui no BV:Responsável por liderar a criação e evolução de produtos alinhados com a visão do banco, necessidades dos clientes e tendências de mercado;Possui uma compreensão profunda das metas de negócios da empresa e estratégia de produto;Gerencia o produto/negócio, definindo e priorizando requisitos e alinhamentos no backlog da squad;Orienta as Squads para que suas atividades sejam focadas nas necessidades dos clientes do Banco BV;Ser facilitador(a) na conexão entre diferentes stakeholders (pessoas ou áreas envolvidas com seu backlog);Definir conjunto de competências necessárias na Squad, juntamente com Líder de Produto da Tribo/Líder Técnico da Tribo/Chapter Lead e IT Lead;Compartilhar resultados do produto/negócio e dos objetivos da Squad com o intuito de engajar o time no propósito e centralidade no cliente.E aí, se identificou?
