Sobre o desafio

Estamos procurando uma nova pessoa para o time de Customer Success, para atuar como Implementation Success Manager (ISM). A missão é conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes e garantir que eles alcancem valor real logo nos primeiros momentos com a plataforma.

O que esperamos de você nesta kaminhada:

Principais responsabilidades:
Conduzir o setup e implementação da Kamino junto ao cliente;
Realizar treinamentos e garantir o engajamento na solução;
Acompanhar indicadores de sucesso e performance;
Atuar de forma proativa com melhorias e encantamento.

Buscamos alguém com:
Experiência com ERP, gestão de projetos e atendimento B2B;
Boa comunicação, escuta ativa, organização e perfil hands-on;
Familiaridade com produtos financeiros é um diferencial;
Fluência em inglês ou espanhol será muito bem-vinda

Modelo de trabalho: híbrido, com presença 3x por semana no escritório em São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).
