About you: As a Motion Web Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.You bring to the team the following competencies: 8+ years of experiencein creative or visual design roles, ideally in digital environments. Mastery ofLottie Filesandlight motion designfor icons and interactive elements. Familiarity withFigmafor crafting responsive web designs. Experience creating and editingvideo contentfor hero sections, homepage banners, or other dynamic assets. Strong understanding ofADA compliance principlesfor web accessibility: Ability to adapt andrecycle pre-approved design elementswhile maintaining consistency and accessibility. A refined eye forlayout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy . Basic understanding of UI and usability principles to ensure function supports form.You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Design visually impactful,ADA-compliantlanding pages and UI components using Figma. Create and repurpose video and animated content for web use—especially in homepage hero sections and brand touchpoints. Skillfully recycle and modify pre-approved design elements, ensuring all changes remain compliant and consistent with brand standards. Maintain a consistent visual language across all digital assets, aligned with brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with marketing and dev teams to implement design updates and assets efficiently. Propose creative design solutions that align with usability, performance, and accessibility requirements.
