Modalidade: Presencial – Brasília Regime: CLT Carga horária: Segunda à sexta - 8h às 18h Responsabilidades: Conduzir o discovery de produto (problema, hipótese, validação com usuários e viabilidade técnica). Transformar oportunidades em requisitos claros (user stories e critérios de aceitação). Gerir o backlog e facilitar cerimônias ágeis (planning, refinement, review). Construir, manter e comunicar o Roadmap (visão 6–12 meses), incluindo: Priorizações por impacto/esforço e alinhamento com objetivos do negócio; Planejamento trimestral (OKRs / metas), gestão de dependências entre squads/sistemas; Release planning, janelas de deploy, riscos e mitigação; Atualizações recorrentes para stakeholders (versão executiva e versão técnica). Trabalhar em conjunto com Design, Dev e QA para garantir qualidade, prazo e valor entregue. Acompanhar o pós-lançamento (feedback qualitativo, adoção e próximos incrementos). Ser a ponte entre áreas de negócio e time técnico, garantindo contexto e priorização. Requisitos: Experiência comprovada como Product Manager ou Product Owner em produtos digitais. Domínio de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Habilidade de escrever user stories e critérios de aceitação objetivos. Boa comunicação, organização e priorização. Noções de arquitetura, integrações e APIs para dialogar com o time técnico. Diferenciais: Experiência em marketplaces, e-commerces, plataformas de eventos ou infoprodutos. Experiência com cashless e meios de pagamento. Experiência em empresas SaaS. Uso de IA aplicada à gestão e automação de rotinas de produto. Conhecimento em ClickUp, Jira, Figma ou Notion. Entregáveis esperados do PM Roadmap (6–12 meses) com critérios de priorização e dependências mapeadas. Plano trimestral (OKRs/Metas) e visão por releases. PRDs / Especificações com user stories e critérios de aceitação. Notas de versão e checklist de go-live.
