Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations, including incident, problem, change, and service request management Oversee delivery of SAP enhancements, small projects, and rollouts within agreed timelines and budgets Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality targets are consistently achieved Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions Drive root cause analysis and preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone with a strong background in SAP project management, excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
