Responsibilities :
A 360 event management role, leading event logistics across any chosen in-person or online education programs delivered within your supported market
Partner with Business Education Partners to execute in-person and online education events, from set-up to on-the-ground support, to data analysis of survey & attendance feedback
Moderate online training sessions
Maintain the training calendar for supported markets, adding and updating training dates to ensure accuracy of event dates/programs within your supported market
Manage and maintain event hubs, ensure new events are added and existing events are correctly displayed, hub functionality is correctly working
Liaise with all cross functional partners to ensure a seamless execution of your events, including external event agencies or suppliers, Finance/Procurement, GCM Team, Business Education Training Partners.
Based on business needs, support Education Partners by liaising with all cross functional partners.
Manage the quality assurance of any external suppliers, ensuring frequent feedback is being provided and implemented
Manage our online help-desk, being the first response and representing the Blueprint brand when answering online support tickets on Blueprint platform and products
Produce and updating internal marketing collateral, including but not limited to regional visuals and event/program/quarterly wrap-ups
Partner with XFN's to create custom learning paths using our existing online courses & platform.
Expectations for Business Education Training Coordinator:
Build out invites, sharing enrollment links and managing RSVP numbers for in-person and online education events. Sharing RSVP numbers with Sales partners on a regular cadence to ensure there's an adequate no. of attendees to run the event
Set up and moderate online trainings on the required platforms (eg. Intellum LMS, BlueJeans, Zoom, WebEx etc.) to ensure a seamless online education event delivery, including adding polls, handouts, surveys, Q&A's resolving any technical issues, leading a test-run, presenting house-keeping etc.
Provide on the ground support for Certification Events, including setting up the rooms, testing software & internet bandwidth, setting up laptops and exam proctoring
Maintain and update the Business Education program tracking document with your market’s education event data, including RSVP & final attendee numbers, and other session details
Monitor and provide regular reporting to support global programs/initiative and any other newly introduced educational programs
Partner with Program Managers on new program launches, building out new processes & training global team on implementing these processes, based on expertise & feedback
Manage our online help-desk, responding to user queries relating the Blueprint platform and products within the 24 hr SLA, ensuring you're collaborating frequently with the global Business Education team, staying upskilled on any new product or platform changes
Be the CLP expert within your region: supporting the Business Partner with technical guidance & showcase platform functionality all while adhering to our 7 day response SLA
Support with any language translations within the region when needed, occasionally support other regions globally when required
Gather and share feedback and insights on the processes, trainings you support and tools which are being used
Skills, Competencies, and Tools Required:
1-3 years of work experience providing all round training event management support and coordination
Fluency in English
Leading or facilitating virtual events with variety of online delivery tools
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Efficient and organized with excruciating attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential / works well under pressure
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Coordinate course enrollment and scheduling on a long-term and short-term basis
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with event platform tools: LMS, Splash, BlueJeans, Zoom, Webex
Basic troubleshooting IT skills preferred, especially email, spreadsheets, and exam delivery software
A good sense of humor, a positive attitude and great teamwork skills
Other (nice to haves):
Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
Digital marketing experience
Learning or Education background
Global/International work experience
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English a must
