We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 100% Remote, 6 month +, 1099 contractNo 3rd Party C2Cs Please.Location: Brazil or Colombia, South America (work remote supporting US based client/project)Employment Type: Contract Work, 40 hours weekly 100% Requirement: Must have good verbal & written communication (English) We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer IV to lead technical initiatives, tackle complex engineering challenges, and provide mentorship to the team. This role requires expertise in software development, leadership in driving projects, and the ability to design scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. In This Role You Will:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirementsEnsure engineering best practices are followed throughout developmentContribute to system architecture and design discussionsCore Competencies for success:Expertise in at least one critical system/service and recognized leadership in that areaProven track record of delivering high-quality software solutionsAbility to estimate project costs and resource needsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to continuous learning and innovation Requirements:Preference for engineers with full-stack proficiency, particularly in Vue.jsProficiency in backend development using Python, SQL, MongoDB and AWSExtensive experience designing and implementing scalable software solutionsStrong expertise in software development methodologies and best practicesExperience leading teams and managing software projects
