Job Description We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our investment and backoffice platforms. Your primary goal will be to design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and investors. You will work closely with developers to implement and refine UI components, translate business and user needs into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user flows. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and design systems. You should also be proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer working on web platforms or digital products. A portfolio demonstrating skills in web and mobile UI Design. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and design systems. Experience collaborating with development teams and working within agile methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions. Advanced English is a must. Strong communication and presentation skills. Benefits Competitive salary. Health insurance (after probation period). 22 days of vacation (after probation period).
