Nestled away in a lush landscape with serene tropical gardens and a private Beach Club with direct access to the beach.Cool yet contemporary all-day dining outlet featuring an open kitchen offering both local and international cuisine.With beautiful sea views and an exclusive spa complex, treatments at the inspiring Aisawan Spa fulfill every relaxing dream of well-being. 15 event spaces with stylish decor, state-of-the-art equipment, and a full support team to tailor events and meetings and ensure that they are a resounding success.Hospitality is a work of heart,Join us and become a Heartist.Job Description Support the Financial Controller in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.Knowledge of Income audit, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cost control, Forecasting, and Internal controls.Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances and prepare the trial balance and financial reports.Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of pertinent experience in a similar role.Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills to develop and motivate a strong team.Familiarity with Opera, Sun, and PMS system on Cloud platform.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.Additional Information The position is available in mid-July 2024.#J-18808-Ljbffr
