Policy Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous update of company safety policies covering Riders, Customers, and Partners;
Oversee the governance of safety policies, ensuring consistency across all regions and business units;
Align policy frameworks with Legal, PR, Operations, and Support to guarantee regulatory compliance and reputational protection;
Conduct policy audits and compliance reviews, identifying gaps and driving corrective action plans; support operational decision-making;
Manage sensitive and high-impact issues, including policies related to safety incidents, crisis response, and reputational risks;
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on safety policy matters;
Train and support regional teams to ensure understanding and adherence to safety policies;
Leverage data and insights to measure the impact of policies and propose improvements.

Job requirements :
Proven experience in policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or a related field;
Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and actionable guidelines;
Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, especially when balancing legal, operational, and reputational concerns;
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal standards, and industry best practices in safety operations; Ability to translate complex regulations into practical policies for operational teams;
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in Legal, Operations, PR, and Support;
Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus;
