Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Atuar como elo técnico entre times de engenharia, dados e produto, garantindo a construção de pipelines robustos, escaláveis e alinhados às necessidades do negócio.
  • Participar ativamente da definição de arquiteturas de dados, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia, versionamento e governança.
  • Trabalhar com mindset de produto e dados, colaborando com stakeholders para transformar dados brutos em ativos valiosos e acionáveis.
  • Ter postura proativa, com autonomia e senso de responsabilidade para atuar em contextos complexos e de alta ambiguidade.
  • Ser referência em engenharia orientada a dados, com foco em confiabilidade, performance e escalabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Sólida experiência em engenharia de software, com transição ou foco atual em engenharia de dados.
  • Domínio de Python aplicado à manipulação de dados, automação de pipelines e integração entre sistemas.
  • Experiência com ETL/ELT, processamento de dados em batch e streaming, usando ferramentas como Apache Airflow, Spark etc.
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de dados modernas, como data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse e malha de dados (data mesh).
  • Forte entendimento de bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Vivência com ambientes cloud como GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
  • Familiaridade com versionamento de código (Git) e práticas de CI/CD.
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário em modelagem de dados e machine learning supervisionado é um diferencial.
