What you will do: Headhunter/Recruiter - is a recruitment professional who specializes in finding qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. Here are the key responsibilities of a Headhunter: Coordinating with Hiring Managers: They work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements for open roles. Sourcing Candidates: Headhunters actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including social media and resume databases. Engaging with Prospects: They reach out to candidates via email or phone, networking sites, etc. Maintaining Candidate Databases: keep track of potential candidates for future opportunities. Researching Compensation Benchmarks: Headhunters analyze compensation data to make informed recommendations. Requirements: Able to work, organize and manage multiple requisitions at a time.
