For our Dutch client, a leading producer of frozen potato products, we are seeking a Quality Coordinator / Training Specialist, based São Paulo, Brasil. The role: Responsible for the training program for logistic operators, distributors sales force, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations team in de the food industry in the LATAM region; Support sales team in visiting customers that need product test and training support to customers staff – LATAM and Caribbean; Check competitors’ products in permanent basis (two times per year); Support the Marketing team on New Product Development activities as marketing research or product evaluation (R&D); Support technically Commercial team and clients; Appropriate treatment and monthly report of complaints. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or related areas; Based São Paulo, Brasil; Experience in the Food Industry; Fluent English and conversational level Spanish; Availability to travel around 50% of the time in LATAM; Commercial approach; Inside knowledge in restaurant business processes is mandatory; Training experience Your team You will be part of our LATAM team and will report to the Sales Director LATAM, based at HQ in the Netherlands. You will be working with your colleagues in a pleasant, welcoming office environment.
