We are looking for SAP VIM Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):
Advanced English
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Finance, Procurement, and IT) to gather requirements, design, test, and implement both standard and customized SAP VIM solutions that align with business needs
Provide comprehensive support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, guiding users through SAP VIM functionalities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Analyze and map business processes related to invoice management, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP VIM capabilities
Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and alignment with best practices
Support change management activities, including user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration between SAP VIM and other SAP modules (e.G., FI, MM) and third-party systems
Monitor system performance and compliance, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements

Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in the implementation, support, and configuration of the SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) add-on
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and integration with SAP FI/MM modules
Hands-on experience in incident resolution and continuous improvement within SAP VIM environments
Ability to configure and customize SAP VIM solutions based on business requirements
Experience with debugging and log analysis for issue resolution
Knowledge of SAP workflows, especially those related to VIM

Desirable Skills
Familiarity with complementary tools such as DRC (Document Readiness Check), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), IES (Information Extraction Service), and ICC (Invoice Capture Center) is a strong plus
