About Keeta Keetais the international subsidiary ofMeituan , a global giant in the delivery sector, and it's on anambitious mission: to revolutionize the delivery of food and consumer goods worldwide.Our motto is simple yet powerful: “We help people eat better, live better.” Guided by this principle, we bring innovation and technology to the global stage.With over 1,000 team members around the world , Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteJob Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's business objectives and riders' needs, continuously research industry trends and rider feedback, and constantly optimize care solutions; Design a rider welfare system, plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, and collaborate with external partners to provide riders with more value-added services; Conduct data analysis and evaluation: collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results.Job requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related fields. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to collaborate with different departments and levels.
