O que você precisa ter:Ensino Médio Completo;Ter experiência com SDR/pré-vendas;Ser comprometido com nossos valores organizacionais;Acreditar nos produtos que comercializamos, capacidade de negociação, capacidade de gerar rapport, saber lidar com pessoas;Boa comunicação, ter paciência, responsabilidade, honestidade, simpatia, flexibilidade, agilidade, raciocínio rápido e visão de projeto;Identificação com atendimento ao público e telefônico;Amar trazer solução para as pessoas :) O seu dia a dia será:Realizar prospecção ativa de Leads via telefone, e-mail, redes sociais e WhatsApp corporativo;Fazer cadastros de novos prospects em nossa base de dados (CRM) e atualizar informações de clientes já existentes;Despertar interesse nos possíveis clientes para efetuar agendamento de reunião/demonstração do nosso produto com os vendedores;Atualizar e preencher informações em nosso sistema;Colaborar ativamente com o time de vendas em busca de atingir as metas mensais individuais e coletivas;Auxiliar em treinamentos de novos colaboradores do mesmo cargo.
