Lead UX Designer for Operations The Lead UX Designer will focus on crafting digital solutions to optimize kitchen operations, inventory management, and location handling. Key responsibilities include analyzing business problems, proposing user-centered solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Responsibilities: - Analyze business challenges and develop innovative user-centered solutions- Think strategically about the product experience, connecting business goals and user needs- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to clarify requirements- Create interactive designs, prototypes, and user flows to validate ideas quickly- Deliver high-quality design deliverables with necessary states and error handling- Conduct benchmarking of industry patterns and features- Contribute to and maintain the design system and UI kitEssential Skills: - Experience designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications- Strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational tools- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaborative design workflows- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Figma Make and Vercel- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI designAbout this Role: - This is a lead position for a digital engineering partner that supports enterprises and digital native companies- The company has over 9,000 experts in multiple offices worldwide- Technology practices include Product Engineering & Development, Cloud Services, Quality Engineering, and more
