We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Analyst for Finance and Accounting Services in Londrina - Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a working experience in Brazilian accounting practices, Month-end close, Balance Sheet reconciliations and Audit supportResponsibilities:Follow-up the documented and trained processes in Record to Analyze (RTA) work streamEnsure SLA adherence for all activities delivered by self (Timeliness and Quality)Self-check own work. Identify input errors and highlight proactivelyLiaison with team mates to ensure seamless deliveryConstantly stay connected with the customer’s Controllership and Accounting (C&A) team and ensure their expectations are met at all timesLeverage subject matter knowledge of Finance and Accounting in executing daily activitiesIdentify process gaps and improvement areasSupport in development and implementation of quality control procedures, and internal controls to ensure smooth service delivery and ensure zero SLA failure for selfFollow the month-end close activity list and prioritize own deliverablesFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing timely support to meet their requirements. Liaison with cross functional stakeholders including senior leadershipRequirements:Domain Experience: Finance and AccountingEnglish language proficiency is not essential, but preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-3 years of relevant work experienceIn-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirementsAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skillsAdaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adept at handling changing priorities.If you possess a passion for driving successful project outcomes, working collaboratively across diverse teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
