Responsibilities

1.Management and calculation of attendance, compensatory leave, leave and overtime2.Calculation of employees' wages and the payment of wages on time3.Transact all kinds of social insurance for employees4.Separation payroll settlement5.Review the salary standards and bonus payment standards of various employees according to the salary distribution plan approved by the company6.Calculate regular or irregular company-wide salary adjustments, as well as individual employee salary changes due to probation, regularization, transfer, promotion & demotion, retirement and incentives7.Establish a wage ledger, timely and accurate preparation of statistical reports on wages, and make analysis reports and suggestions for improvement8.Answer inquiries about wages

Your Profile1.Bachelor's degree or above;2.At least 3 years of local relevant experience, team management experience is preferred;3.Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus;4.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);5.Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;6.Good interpersonal and communication skills;
