Mid Flutter Engineer

About TeaTea is a fast-growing American startup building a dating advice and safety app that's already ranked #1 in Lifestyle on the US App Store. Our global team is distributed, with most engineers currently based in Brazil. To keep collaboration smooth across time zones, we are prioritizing new hires from Brazil.
Responsibilities- Develop high-quality Flutter UI components from Figma designs.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to deliver polished user experiences.
- Join 1:1 sessions with the app's Tech Lead for mentorship and alignment.
- Actively participate in daily standups and weekly engineering meetings.
- 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) – written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
- Prior startup experience at a product company
- Above-market compensation (paid in USD).
