Our technology unlocks untapped potential by transforming fragmented impact data into actionable intelligence, driving transformational impact across geographies and systems.The RoleWe are looking for aproactive, hands-on, and purpose-driven AI Engineerto strengthen our product and consulting solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of applyingLarge Language Models (LLMs),RAG, andAI agentsto solve real-world challenges in impact investing. In this role, you’ll begin with astrategic project to develop Mútua’s conversational interface, a cornerstone of our product experience. This will serve as your entry point into a broader journey of scaling our AI methodologies across the platform. You’ll work closely with ourCTOand benefit from thepremium technical support and Skills Boost access provided by Googlethrough our grant.What You’ll DoDesign, test, and deployprompt engineeringandprompt chainingworkflows in collaboration with the business and product teams. Implement and refineRAG pipelinesto combine structured and unstructured data for better discovery and recommendations. Define and executemodel evaluationstrategies to benchmark LLMs and ensure reliability. Develophuman-in-the-loop systemsthat balance automation with expert oversight. Explore and deployAI agentsto support discovery, classification, and recommendation workflows. Collaborate with both thecore product teamand theSystems Intelligence Servicesteam on high-value consulting projects that integrate back into our platform.We’re Looking For2+ years of experience working directly with LLMs(development, deployment, or applied research). Strong knowledge ofprompt engineeringand hands-on experience with conversational AI. Experience withRAG, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop pipelines. Useworkflow automation/orchestration tools (e.g. n8n, LangChain, or similar)to structure and scale prompt chaining and LLM pipelines. Bonus: experience withGoogle Vertex AIorAI Studio. Strong problem-solving mindset, able to move from concept to working prototype in short cycles. Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a flexible, fully remote, task-based environment.
