Key Responsibilities:

• Source products, materials, and services while seeking the lowest cost;
• Track and record orders, manage the supply base, and conduct market analysis;
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers;
• Evaluate sourcing options, approve purchases, and maintain accurate records;
• Register products and suppliers, analyze purchasing demand, and manage quotations;
• Monitor purchase orders, follow-up on deadlines, and manage cost reports;
• Oversee invoice reconciliation, deliveries, and service performance;
• Ensure adherence to supplier SLAs and handle Capex project cost releases.

To Succeed in This Role:

• Analytical Mindset: Stay updated with product and service trends;
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, adaptability, time and risk management;
• Technical Skills: Good with analytical tools;
• Communication: Advanced in English with solid purchase and contract negotiation skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Administrative or a related field;
• 3 years of experience in purchase orders and contract negotiation;
• Analytical abilities.
