Are you ready to help build a groundbreaking data intelligence platform?

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and purpose-driven Data Engineer to support the development and scaling of our data infrastructure and pipelines. This role is open for engineers with a range of experience levels, from 3 to 10 years, who is passionate about working with advanced data solutions, including AI and Large Language Models, in a flexible, fully remote, task-based environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure scalable data collection, transformation, and integration.
  • Work closely with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging tools such as Google Vertex AI for deploying and managing data products.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other AI-driven methodologies to enhance data enrichment and intelligence capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to transform strategic objectives into technical data solutions.
  • Continuously optimize data systems for performance, accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

We're Looking For:

  • A data engineer with 3-10 years of relevant experience in data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially with tools such as Google Vertex AI.
  • Demonstrable experience with AI, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and familiarity with deploying data-intensive solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, reliable data architectures.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fully remote, flexible, and outcome-oriented startup setting.
  • Genuine passion for building technologies focused on systemic social and environmental impact, ideally with exposure to early-stage startups and an interest in impact investing or sustainability.
