Role Description We are looking for a motivated Junior Travel Advisor to join our team on-site in Balneário Camboriú, SC .
This is a contract role , ideal for students currently pursuing a degree in Business, International Commerce, Tourism, or related fields .
You will support our sales and customer success efforts, working closely with clients to plan and manage travel arrangements, while learning from an experienced luxury travel team.
Responsibilities Assist with travel planning and arrangements
Support clients throughout their journey with proactive communication
Contribute to sales and customer engagement initiatives
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the team to create unique and seamless travel experiences
Qualifications Currently enrolled in college in Business, International Commerce, Tourism, or related fields
Strong motivation, sales drive, and customer support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for travel and client-focused service
Knowledge of luxury travel and global destinations is a plus

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (44h per week)
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (44h per week)
Compensation: Fixed salary + commission
