Sobre a posição:


Na CAPTAL Investimento, o Business Development Representative (BDR) é uma peça importante em nossa estratégia de crescimento. Estamos em busca de um profissional orientado a resultados para se juntar à nossa equipe de sales de crescimento. O candidato ideal será responsável por iniciar e aprofundar o relacionamento com nossos parceiros e representantes externos, desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios, fortalecendo nossas relações com clientes B2B.


Responsabilidades:


  • Engajar-se em atividades de prospecção, incluindo cold calling, envio de e-mails e networking, com o objetivo de agendar reuniões com clientes.
  • Apresentar e promover os produtos/serviços da CAPTAL para clientes potenciais, destacando suas vantagens competitivas.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas para desenvolver estratégias e ações para atingir as metas de vendas estabelecidas.
  • Manter um pipeline de vendas organizado e atualizado no CRM (Hubspot) com informações precisas sobre leads e oportunidades.
  • Participar de eventos do setor e conferências para promover a marca e expandir a rede de contatos.
  • Fornecer feedback contínuo à equipe de produto sobre as necessidades e tendências do mercado, contribuindo para a inovação e desenvolvimento de produtos.


Requisitos:


  • Experiência prévia como BDR ou SDR ou em uma função similar, preferencialmente no setor financeiro.
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita em Português.
  • Forte capacidade de persuasão e habilidades de negociação.
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro e das últimas tendências do setor.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, em um ambiente dinâmico e de rápido crescimento.
  • Proficiência no uso de CRM (Hubspot).
  • Formação superior ou cursando faculdade em Administração, Finanças, Marketing, Comunicação, ou áreas relacionadas.
