We care about how things look, but more importantly, we care about how they perform.The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own landing page design, email design, and paid advertising creative using Figma.This is a hands-on role for a designer who understands that strong visuals support conversion and that landing pages, emails, and ads must work together as a system.You will work closely with the founders, media buyers, and copywriters to produce creative that is visually strong, conversion-focused, and built to scale.What You Will Be DoingDesigning conversion-focused landing pages in Figma for e-commerce brandsCreating email designs for Klaviyo, including flows and campaignsProducing high-volume paid social ad creative for Meta and other platformsMaintaining visual consistency across ads, emails, and landing pagesIterating quickly using templates, systems, and AI-assisted workflowsUsing AI tools for image generation and rapid creative iterationCollaborating with founders, media buyers, and copywritersImproving creative based on performance feedback such as CTR, thumb-stop rate, and conversion rateWho You AreA senior-level graphic designer with strong taste and performance instinctsHighly proficient in Figma, especially for landing pages and email systemsExperienced with conversion-focused design and CRO principlesComfortable producing a high volume of work without sacrificing qualityOrganized, proactive, and able to manage your own workloadClear and professional in written and spoken EnglishBonus experience: familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows, basic copywriting instincts, and understanding of Meta ad performance metricsWhy You’ll Like Working HereSender Agency operates with a flat team structure.
