This position requires strong technical expertise in data visualization, ETL processes, and database management, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that support business decision-making.Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports and dashboards usingPower BI ,Power BI, Fabric , andSSRS . Design and manageETL processesusingSSISand ensure data integrity across large datasets. Perform advanced queries and optimizations inSQL Serverand work withAzure databases . Create automated workflows withPower Automateto improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate effort for new projects. Contribute to BI strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions and improvements. Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers. Maintain the report catalog and delivery framework.Requirements 8+ yearsof experience in BI development and data analysis. 4+ yearsof hands-on experience withPower BI ,Power Automate ,Advanced Excel(including VLOOKUP), andSQL . Strong experience withSSRS ,SSIS , andSQL Server . Experience withAzure databasesolutions andPower BI Fabric . Knowledge of ETL principles and data modeling for rapid report generation. Familiarity with source code management tools (TFS, CVS, Subversion). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications QA background is a plus. Experience with other visualization tools (Tableau, Crystal Reports). Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and self-driven.
