Job Title: Project Manager Job Description: Are you looking to advance your career in IT services? Do you have experience working as a Scrum Master on complex, large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders? In this role, you will work closely with international stakeholders and be responsible for guiding the team and organization in adopting agile practices. You will also have the opportunity to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics to support decision making and drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Solid experience working as Scrum Master on complex, large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders; Previous experience with projects in the traditional model (Waterfall), with good ability to transition between agile and predictive approaches as needed; Experience in using agile management tools, with emphasis on Jira; Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics (speed, lead time, cycle time, burndown, throughput, etc.) to support decision making and drive continuous improvement; Ability to facilitate workshops, dynamics, conflict resolution and promote continuous improvement; Advanced English language skills, with ability to communicate with international stakeholders; PSM I or II certification; SAFe Certification; PMI Certification; Previous experience in global projects, working with distributed and multicultural teams; Experience in other agile practices besides Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean or DevOps practices.
