International Tax Analyst We are seeking an experienced International Tax Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the Group's tax position in Latin America, tracking relevant tax legislation changes, and communicating with consultants in countries where the Group operates. This position requires a strong understanding of LatAm tax reporting principles, as well as experience in international taxation (Latin America, US, Southeast Asia, India, etc.). The ideal candidate will have management and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in English (Advanced level). Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Group's tax position in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, etc.) Track relevant tax legislation changes and assess their impact Communicate with consultants in countries where the Group operates Participate in tax structuring of international operations and risk management Develop operational structures and assess tax risks associated with foreign business conduct Establish tax reporting and payment processes in countries where the Group operates Participate in non-commercial charity projects' tax structuring Evaluate and control invoice issuance and fiscal data exchange processes Supervise tax accounting methodologies development Analyze tax aspects of significant commercial projects in countries of presence Review international operations, contracts, and policies Develop procedures to improve tax efficiency and risk management Communicate with tax authorities, form legal positions, prepare responses, and analyze required documents Requirements: Higher education in finance, economics, and law 5+ years of experience in tax consulting/compliance or international company tax departments (Big4 experience a must) Understanding of LatAm tax reporting principles (specific focus on Mexico, Brazil, Chile, etc.) Familiarity with international taxation principles and trends (transfer pricing, international tax treaties, EU directives, OECD initiatives, BEPS plan, Pillar 1&2, etc.) Experience in international taxation (Latin America, US, Southeast Asia, India, etc.) is advantageous Management and analytical skills Proficient in English (Advanced level) What We Offer: A challenging and rewarding work environment with opportunities for advancement Challenging and rewarding work with opportunities for advancement A growing and innovative company with a positive impact on society
