Buscamos um profissional que irá iniciar a máquina de vendas da Neo Ventures Technology, comercializando os nossos serviços de squad as a service.
Suas atividades:
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de crescimento (aquisição, inbound, outbound, SDR, parcerias, vendas, planejamento, upselling e monetização) alinhadas com as metas e objetivos da empresa, visando acelerar o crescimento e manter um modelo de vendas escalável e sustentável.
- Definir processos alinhados às estratégias do setor e ser o pioneiro na execução dos mesmos.
- Utilizar a base atual de leads para prospectar novas oportunidades, além de trazer novos leads para o fluxo de vendas.
- Realizar o planejamento, administração e execução do crescimento da carteira de clientes.
- Realizar o acompanhamento do ciclo completo de vendas e fechamentos comerciais.
- Desenvolver e gerenciar canais indiretos e parcerias, como canais de distribuição de novos clientes.
- Entregar apresentações e relatórios.
Requisitos:
- Experiência prévia em vendas B2B e no modelo de squad as a service.
- Experiência trabalhando com produtos digitais e inovação (startups, empresas de tecnologia, software houses e semelhantes).
- Profundo conhecimento em geração de demanda B2B, incluindo técnicas de outbound e performance.
Desejável:
- Experiência prévia em empresas de rápido crescimento.
