Data Entry Specialist (Case Investigation & Creation)

Ruvixx, Inc. – Remote

Compensation: Up to $500 - $800 USD/month

Contract: Independent Contractor (2 years – renewable)

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our Case Investigation team. This role is repetitive by nature, requiring a high degree of consistency, accuracy, and patience. It may not be the most "exciting" job day to day, but it is critical to our global operations. We are seeking someone who values stability, takes pride in doing detailed work correctly, and is looking for a long-term position where reliability and accuracy matter more than speed.

What you will do:

  • Manually enter, clean, and validate large data sets on a daily basis.
  • Perform online research and target augmentation to improve case records.
  • Deliver timely, structured reports on processed data sets.
  • Collaborate with campaign management and data teams to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Maintain cases with strict attention to detail and established standards.

Requirements:

  • Conversational English (B1 or higher is a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Virtual Assistance, or similar repetitive/administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with databases, CRMs, or case management tools.
