About the role
The Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with safety standards, supports drivers, and maintains regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities
Conduct background checks for driver candidates.
Ensure drivers meet company and DOT compliance standards.
Handle post-accident documentation and drug/alcohol tests.
Review driver violations and submit necessary documentation.
Respond to safety tickets and driver inquiries.
Maintain and submit all regulatory documents on time.

Requirements
Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
