They will be working directly with customer ticketing portals and driving integrations and releases. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining a Identity Access Management program using SailPoint for large-scale environments. They will work on tasks within integrations and report on completed tasks. They will need to work with various users in the organization to assist in troubleshooting.Additional Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and changes.Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow.Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct regular audits.Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to IAM.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.Collaboration: Work with other IT teams for seamless integration and operation.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and address issues in the IAM system
