About the position

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing & Growth team in our São Paulo office. As part of the Marketing & Growth team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing product-led growth strategies across our self-serve funnelfrom acquisition and activation to monetization and retention.

You will own the experimentation roadmap, build lifecycle and in-product experiences that drive the aha moment and habit formation, define and operationalize PQLs, and partner closely with Product Engineering, Data, and Sales to accelerate revenue from our self-serve and product-qualified motions.

 

Your Impact

  • Own self-serve funnel KPIs (signup activation PQL paid retention) and deliver quarter-over-quarter improvements aligned to our plans and a clear North Star metric;
  • Build and run a rigorous experimentation program across website, onboarding, in-app paywalls, and pricing/packaging; translate results into shipped improvements;
  • Design and launch lifecycle programs (email, in-app, push) that guide users to activation, expand adoption, and reduce churn, leveraging segmentation and personalization;
  • Define PQL scoring and routing; implement lead capture, intent signals, and sales handoff processes with RevOps to enable product-led sales;
  • Partner with Product Engineering and Data to instrument analytics, create dashboards, and socialize insights that inform roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

 

What Youll Bring

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS growth/marketing with 23+ years driving PLG at scale; proven impact on activation, conversion, and net revenue retention;
  • Strong analytical toolkit: proficiency in SQL and experimentation analysis; comfort with cohort/retention modeling, LTV/CAC, payback, and pricing/packaging tradeoffs;
  • Hands-on with PLG tooling: product analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel), CDP (Segment), marketing automation (HubSpot/Braze/Customer.io), A/B testing (Optimizely/LaunchDarkly), and web analytics (GA4/Tag Manager);
  • Excellent product sense and messaging skills; can craft crisp in-product copy and lifecycle communications grounded in user research and JTBD frameworks;
  • High-ownership, cross-functional collaborator who can prioritize ruthlessly, manage a backlog, and influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience with freemium or usage-based models, paywall design, and pricing experimentation;
  • Familiarity with modeling PQLs using scoring/ML and building referral or viral loops that compound growth.
