Important: This is a hybrid position in Recife, Brazil and you must be based there or are willing to relocate to Recife.
The Company:
This opportunity is with a leading B2C iGaming operator with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. With decades of industry experience, they manage multiple successful brands and have recently launched in the Brazilian market. Their diverse offerings include sports betting, casino games, bingo, and live gaming experiences.
The Role:
As a Payments Supervisor, you will be responsible for learning payment processes with the Asian team and developing training materials for the future Payments team in Brazil. This role involves handling payment performance issues and other discrepancies. The supervisor will assist with manual resolutions, ensuring smooth transaction flows. Please note that this is an extremely analytical position.
About You:
You're detail-oriented with strong knowledge of payment processes, able to spot and resolve issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks. With reconciliation experience and B2/Advanced English. You also bring experience from iGaming, banking, or similar industries.
