What are we looking for? About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade data integration and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. In this role, you will lead technical decision-making, mentor team members, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of data integration pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Oversee ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
Utilize AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and DMS for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to define requirements and optimize data models.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data engineering,
Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, DMS, etc.).
Experience in a lead role.
Proven track record in data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Fluent English
Location: Remote (preferably based in São Leopoldo/RS or Porto Alegre/RS region)
