A subject matter expert (SME) is required to support the India-based team by facilitating knowledge transfer, ensuring service stability, and serving as a liaison between local stakeholders and the global implementation team.📌 ResponsibilitiesLead the initial knowledge transition by gathering information from Portuguese-speaking SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the AMS team in EnglishDevelop process and solution understanding documentation in EnglishAct as a liaison between the Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based AMS teamProvide initial AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and help establish service stability post go-live🎯 Required SkillsBilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listeningHands-on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LNExperience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systemsStrong understanding of the Nota Fiscal processRequirement: 2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) PositionsDuration: 4 months (initial period, with possibility of extension)
