We’re looking for a Senior React Engineer to join one of our U.S.-based partner teams as part of an embedded engineering unit. You will work on complex, high-impact applications—often within industries such as finance, insurance, or other data-heavy domains—collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to existing codebases and systems.Who We’re Looking ForA developer who:Builds clean, scalable, maintainable React applicationsUnderstands complex systems and can onboard quicklyCan collaborate with cross-functional teams in English (C1/C2)Is reliable, consistent, and committed — no flakinessThrives in fast-paced, structured environmentsCan contribute technically and communicate clearlyQualifications & ExperienceRequired:7+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong expertise in React.js and the React ecosystemExperience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScriptExperience integrating with REST APIs or GraphQLAbility to work with existing systems and architecturesSolid understanding of component patterns, state management, and performanceExperience with Git workflows, CI/CD, and code reviewsEnglish C1/C2 — strong communication and collaborationAbility to work independently and within an embedded teamNice to Have (Bonus):Experience in fintech or financial systems (highly valued but not required)Experience with Node.js or backend servicesFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.)Understanding of accessibility and security best practicesExperience with enterprise-scale systemsResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality React applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, Design, Backend)Understand existing systems and contribute to new features and improvementsParticipate in technical discussions, planning, and code reviewsEnsure code quality, performance, and scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve production and integration issuesAdapt quickly to project needs and changing requirementsFollow best practices, patterns, and engineering standardsCommunicate progress and blockers clearlyWhat We OfferCompetitive USD rateOpportunity to work on impactful U.S. projects in evolving industriesFully remote role aligned with U.S. EST time zonePTO
