If you’re excited to be part of a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment and help drive the success of an innovative marketplace, we’d love to hear from you POSITIONS SUMMARY: Account Manager: Manages and nurtures relationships with sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction within the marketplace platform. Hunting: Focuses on identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding the marketplace’s range of offerings and driving growth. Seller Service: Provides ongoing support to sellers, addressing their needs and helping them optimize their experience and performance on the platform. REQUIREMENTS: The requirements may change according to the position, but for Brazil Marketplace we usually look for people with: ● Bachelor's degree or above; ● Experience with Marketplace; ● Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs; ● Logical and problem-oriented thinking; ● Good analytical skill; ● Excellent communication skills; ● Proeficient in Microsoft Excel; ● Advanced English or Mandarin is a plus.
