About the job Our client in the pharma manufacturing industry is in advanced negotiations of a merger and acquisition. We are seeking a Post Merger Integration (PMI) consultant to lead, plan, and execute the integration.

The ideal PMI candidate must be located in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead post-merger integration efforts across multiple workstreams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
Drive strategic and operational execution to ensure a smooth transition and value capture
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet integration milestones
Mentor and transition responsibilities to the internal PMO team

Qualifications:
Based in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese
Strong background in M&A and post merger integration experience.
Strong manufacturing experience; packaging, plastics, or pharma sector exposure preferred
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Demonstrated success in delivering value in integration projects

Start Date : September 1, 2025
Duration : 4–6 months
Time Commitment: Hybrid, 5 days per week, on-site in São Paulo (3 days/week)
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
