Estamos em busca de um(a) Game Developer talentoso(a) para atuar no desenvolvimento do nosso Trading Card Game híbrido (físico + digital). Este é um projeto 100% autoral, competitivo e com proposta única, que combina mecânicas inovadoras, jogabilidade acessível e um universo interativo consistente entre as plataformas física e digital.


🌍 Sobre o projeto

Nosso TCG terá cartas físicas e digitais, com sistemas de regras próprios, gameplay competitivo e potencial de escala nacional e internacional. Buscamos alguém capaz de transformar mecânicas, regras e interações em código funcional, criando experiências estáveis, balanceadas e envolventes para os jogadores.

O(A) candidato(a) trabalhará lado a lado com game designers, narrativos e artistas, garantindo que os sistemas digitais representem com fidelidade a proposta do jogo e que interações, progressão e economia interna funcionem de forma consistente e intuitiva.


💼 Responsabilidades principais

Desenvolver o jogo digital, incluindo mecânicas de cartas, regras e interações entre jogadores.

Implementar sistemas de progressão, economia interna, raridade e balanceamento.

Trabalhar junto com designers e artistas para garantir que as funcionalidades digitais reflitam fielmente o universo do TCG.

Participar de playtests, identificar bugs, otimizar performance e propor melhorias.

Documentar códigos, sistemas e procedimentos, garantindo clareza e organização.

Adaptar soluções técnicas conforme feedbacks e limitações de desenvolvimento.


🕒 Dedicação e formato de trabalho

100% remoto, com horários flexíveis.

Não exigimos dedicação integral (8 h/dia), mas esperamos comprometimento e foco em resultados.

Autonomia para organizar sua rotina, com entregas alinhadas ao cronograma do projeto.


🧩 Requisitos obrigatórios

Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de jogos digitais ou softwares interativos.

Domínio de linguagens de programação relevantes para jogos (C#, Unity, Godot, Javascript ou similares).

Conhecimento em lógica de jogos, mecânicas de TCG, sistemas de regras e balanceamento.

Habilidade de trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar, comunicação clara e perfil colaborativo.

Equipamento confiável e internet estável.

Disponibilidade para reuniões semanais remotas e playtests.

Experiência com TCGs, jogos de estratégia ou projetos híbridos (físico + digital).

Conhecimento em integração entre backend e frontend de jogos digitais.

Familiaridade com prototipagem rápida e testes iterativos.

Participação em comunidades de desenvolvimento de jogos ou TCGs.

Inglês intermediário (leitura técnica).

Interesse em crescimento a longo prazo dentro do projeto.
