Job Title Sr Manufacturing Systems Analyst. Description We are looking for an experienced Sr Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, software implementation, and process improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining system specifications, and implementing solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead efforts to elicit future systems requirements through interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops. Partner with cross-functional teams to define functional and non-functional requirements. Develop and maintain detailed system designs, including user interface and workflow configurations. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet business needs and expectations. Collaborate with other divisions to align system solutions with strategic plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in business analysis, software implementation, and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, including ERP systems, SCADA, and OPC.
