This willsignificantly increase your chances of success_____________________________________________________________Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior TIBCO Developer / IT Engineer to join theFile Exchanges & Transformationteam within a global Core Capabilities division.This position involves operating,supporting, and enhancing a mission-critical data exchangeplatform, providing both technicaland functional support to clients, and contributing tocontinuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities·        Ensure the qualityand timely delivery of all assigned deliverables.·        Provide technicaland functional support to internal stakeholders and externalclients.·        Participate in the improvement and optimizationof the data exchange platform.·        Clarifyand qualify requirements, assessing feasibility, complexity,and implementation effort.·        Design,implement, test, and validate technical and functionalsolutions.·        Conduct and document Proofs of Concept (PoCs)to evaluate new technologies or enhancements.·        Ensure alignment with internal processes, guidelines, and best practices.Required Skills &Experience·        Minimum 5years of experience as an IT Engineer or TIBCO Developer.·        Strong understanding of publish/subscribe principlesfor data exchanges.·        Hands-on experience with SQL and Shell scripting.·        Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies(Scrum or Kanban).·        Proven experience in incident management andproduction support.·        Highly autonomous,detail-oriented, and committedto quality.·        Proactive, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.·        Strong communication skills in English and French.Nice to Have·        Experience working with life insurance or banking applications.·        Familiarity with TIBCO integration toolsand data transformationplatforms.·        Programming experience in additional languages.Additional Information·        Ability to travel within Portugal and abroad,when required.·        Possibility to perform on-call activitiesoutside regular working hours.KeywordsTIBCO IT Engineer Data Exchange SQL Shell Script Publish/Subscribe Agile Incident Management PlatformSupport Porto Hybrid#CI
