This role plays a crucial part in our IT department, ensuring the seamless development and optimization of SSRS reports to support our business intelligence needs across various sectors including entertainment, financial, and logistics.Location: Remote What you will be doing:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports based on evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting needs and translate them into
    actionable reports.
  • Write complex T-SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from multiple databases for
    reporting purposes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and timeliness of the reports generated.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy.
  • Document reporting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across different time zones to ensure clarity and project alignment.
Required skills & Experience
  • Expert-level experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
  • Advanced proficiency in T-SQL (Transact-SQL).
  • Experience retrieving data from PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve reporting issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with other reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with report scheduling and automated delivery methods.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in different time zones.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly.
