Senior SRE

Who we are We're a stealth-stage healthcare AI startup reinventing how medical practices capture revenue. Backed by experienced founders and already live with our first client, we're building AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing — helping clinics recover revenue and improve care.
We're looking for an engineer to help build our core platform end-to-end: backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You'll work directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features fast, and turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products.
What you'll do
Build and evolve our core AWS infrastructure
Design secure, scalable, production-grade environments
Create CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation tooling
Operate Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven systems
Own reliability, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization
Help take features from 0→1 with the engineering and product team
Must-have Skills
Strong AWS experience (networking, security, infra)
Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
CI/CD + automation (GitHub Actions or similar)
Observability, logging, metrics, tracing
Distributed systems / queues / streaming
Startup mindset: autonomy, speed, ownership
Nice-to-haves
Go or Python for infra tooling
ML/AI infrastructure (model serving, GPUs)
