Network Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Support Engineer to join our team in Brasilia. As a key member of our technical staff, you will provide onsite technical support services to our customers and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on network security products. Key Responsibilities: Work with customers' operational and design staff to provide technical guidance and support. Design, implement, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues associated with network security products. Test and replicate customer configurations in a lab environment. Ensure the operational and functional requirements of network security solutions are fulfilled. Track, investigate, escalate, and verify software defects. Deliver technical workshops on network security products. Collaborate with internal functions to address product issues and new features. Support sales strategies from a technical standpoint. Tune and optimize network installations. Assist security operations teams on security attack mitigations. Develop Method of Procedure documents for procedural activities. Lead software upgrade activities and investigations. Share knowledge with the Professional Services team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an associated area with 3+ years of experience in service delivery or technical support functions. Advanced networking skills, including TCP/IP, Routing, BGP, MPLS, and related. Strong network security skills, including DDoS and mitigation techniques. Knowledge of network test equipment and management protocols. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux and Solaris platforms. Packet analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark/Tshark. Experience in virtualization and cloud environments. Excellent customer services and communication skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written. Location: On-Site in Brasilia
