TECHNICAL LEAD & SOFTWARE ARCHITECT (HYBRID)

Estamos à procura de um SoftwareArchitect com perfil técnico-líder para assumir a definição e aevolução de arquiteturas modernas,escaláveis e seguras, além de orientar a equipa de desenvolvimento emdecisões técnicas de alto impacto.

Esta função combina expertise técnica sólida com liderança real, numa stackbaseada em Java + Spring Boot ecom foco em qualidade, performance e boas práticas de engenharia.

Principaisresponsabilidades: Arquitetura e Design de Sistemas

·        Definir e evoluir arquiteturas resilientes, escaláveis e seguras

·        Produzir documentaçãotécnica, diagramas e padrões de design

·        Avaliar e selecionar tecnologias, frameworks eferramentas por projeto

·        Garantir consistênciaarquitetural entre componentes e serviços

Liderança Técnica

·        Ser a referência técnica para o time dedesenvolvimento

·        Guiar decisões complexas e promover boas práticas de engenharia

·        Realizar codereviews e assegurar qualidade e manutenibilidade do código

·        Mentorar a equipa e apoiar o seu crescimentotécnico

Requisitos obrigatórios eque devem constar no CV:

·         Licenciatura emEngenharia Informática, Ciência da Computação ou similar

·         Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento desoftware

·         Pelo menos 3 anos em funções de liderança técnica ou arquitetura

·         Experiência comprovada(6+ anos) com Java

·         Domínio de Spring Boot

·        Java, Spring Boot

·        Docker,Kubernetes

·        Ferramentas de CI/CD (ex: Jenkins, GitLab CI)

·        Plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP)

·        Gitou outro sistema de controlo de versões

·        Tecnologias de base de dados: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Diferenciais(Nice to Have):

·        Experiência com arquitetura de microserviços

·        Conhecimento de práticas DevOps e automação

·        Experiência com frameworks frontend (Angular, React ou Vue.js)

·        Familiaridade com SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture)

·        Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)

Idiomas& Soft Skills:

·        Portuguêsfluente (obrigatório)

·        Inglêstécnico (preferencial)

·        Forte capacidade de liderança técnica e mentoria

·        Excelente comunicação e colaboração

·        Pensamento estratégico e foco em resolução deproblemas

·        Adaptabilidade e vontade de aprenderconstantemente
