Position Overview: We are looking for a Sitecore Consultant with solid experience in enterprise content platforms and modern digital experience architectures. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Sitecore XP and/or XM Cloud, hands-on technical skills across the Sitecore ecosystem, and a consultant mindset to drive value across marketing, product, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a consultant for marketing, product, and IT teams, providing technical and strategic guidance on the use of the Sitecore platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Sitecore XP and/or Sitecore XM Cloud, focusing on: Content management, Personalization of digital experiences, User data collection and analysis
  • Integrate Sitecore with other platforms and services, such as: REST APIs, Azure services (e.g., Functions, App Services), CRM and ERP tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP), Customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Work with headless architectures using JSS, React, or Next.js to deliver scalable, omnichannel experiences.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Collaborate in automating deployments and maintaining Sitecore cloud environments (Azure).
  • Participate in content migrations and Sitecore version upgrades, including legacy versions or other CMS platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous modernization and evolution of the company's digital experience.
  • Work collaboratively with agile teams (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical teams, especially marketing and product.
Requisitos:

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP: content management, personalization, and analytics.
  • Experience working with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless implementations using JSS, React, or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Composable DXP components: Content Hub, Personalize, CDP, Send, Search, OrderCloud.
  • Strong background in .NET development and integration of REST APIs, webhooks, and Azure services.
  • Experience with CI/CD in Sitecore environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Understanding of Sitecore upgrades and content migrations (from legacy versions or other CMS).
  • Fluent English;
  • 5 years of experience;
  • Having already worked in consulting;
  • Complete degree; 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications: 

  • Experience with competing DXP platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Contentful, etc.
  • Knowledge of UX/CX strategy, SEO best practices, and content architecture.
  • Experience integrating Sitecore with platforms like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or CDPs.
  • Familiarity with Azure PaaS, App Services, Azure Functions, and Application Insights.
  • Exposure to agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
  • Ability to communicate with marketing teams and business stakeholders in a consultative approach.
