Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
Experience working with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Recruiter Lite preferred)
Advanced/Fluent Enlglish Level
Experience processing High Volume of candidates successfully
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
A problem-solver mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and tight deadlines

Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in fast-peaced agencies or startups.

Activities:
Send high-volume headhunting invitations via LinkedIn.
Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy.
Add candidates to the ATS , ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
Conduct initial screening calls in English if necessary .
Post job ads, screen resumes , and manage early-stage outreach
Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones
Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline
React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)
Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
